[i]We are the investment managers for a fund that had previously invested in Rapidtron. We have a convertible feature that allows us to take control of the shell based on the amount owed us. At this point we are looking into cleaning it up and putting something else in there but nothing has been decided. I hope that helps. Thanks. Jack.
