Argyll is 100% correct in his/her statements concerning the SEC. Having played small/mid/large caps most of my life I am quite familiar with the process of moving to another exchange. If anyone is saying that the SEC is asking questions before they have been submitted, they are stalling and in my own words, "trying to pull a fast one on you". It just doesn't happen that way.
Seems as though someone in with this stock is trying to keep some hopes alive by dealing in misinformation imo.
I do not believe Filings appear anywhere while in process. We will sure find out,wont we! I am watching nqb.com (pinks) for the first appearance unless a person is paying for edgarpro.
