I'm going to have to make some phone calls, but there is a serious discrepancy here. Someone needs to explain this and back their explanation up before I am convinced there is not something seriously wrong here.



This clearly states the company must "at all times", which means now and ever since the moment those Series A were issued until they are converted, maintain a reserve of the equivalent of 25 million Series A in common shares, or 625 million, within its unissued, authorized shares. In other words, increase the A/S until there is 625 million unissued shares available to partition into a reserve fund. I am almost 100 percent certain that 625 of 750 million common shares are not owned by KMAG waiting for Jeff Reid to claim. That is absurd. The question is, where the **** is this reserve at?
