I actually feel sorry for those that sold in the low .03's.

On the other hand, to those that bought those shares, I hope they are in stronger hands now.

If you really know what you own here, you don't sell at .03. I guess there is always enough that don't know what they own, that allows others to pick up their shares. Always happens, always will.
