I don't know that we know that yet. OBVIOUSLY nearly EVERYTHING I
included is an estimate for speculative purposes. In actuality, & I
can ONLY speak for myself, little is realistically known about too
many details to be doing anything more than having some fun speculating.

A great many assumptions are being made, by me at least. In the end,
I know nothing!!

Bottom-line: Anyone looking to my posts for advice or direction is
looking in the wrong place, that I can ASSURE you!

Swarm, you are assuming the units are being sold at the old price. What you don't know is what are the prices of the units today.

Maybe you need to find out before you blast NIKO with your assumptions which maybe off base.

I've been wondering when posters would start to discuss the revenue flow situation for the new venture. As stated in the latest clarification of the agreement between HTI and AHSG, all the revenue will flow through the new entity, ASG which is owned 50:50between the parties.

ASG will have to compensate HTI(HLNT) for all sales of it's products, labor and installation. HTI will have to compensate AHSG for sales and marketing services.

AHSG has been compensated with 31,000,000 restricted common shares of HLNT that we know of. There are probably private arrangements related to stock options or preferred shares that we do not know of but I would be surprised if there is a 50:50 division of revenue.

So we probably need revenue of 10 to 20 million to get into the pennies but I believe that's not a problem under the new arrangement, in fact,
I believe they'll blow it out of the water.
