Who is touting this as a BuY? You have to have a trading mentality and use what you have learned over the years to trade these microcaps and minimize your risk to your overall capital.
Some never learn.
Some just live in the past. The past that lost them money.
Look to the future. And if you cannot participate in the future, why agonize over the past?
Summer doldrums + no news= sellers looking for excitement and longs frozen in fear.
