The sky is the limit on the restricted shares, they were handing them out like candy back then. Unfortunately they fooled all the shareholders into thinking they were getting a great deal but they have decreased the value of them by 90 percent over the last 7 years. They will never get back to you if you ask them why they never released them, that is just one of the reason why I would not trust them and recommend people look at the so called companys past promises before they invest their money here or you may be left holding the bag like us shareholders.
