#21412 RE: sevenOdouble #21411

EDIT: Then why in the world does it say they are, free trading if they are not? Even still, it is dilution by a factor of three, is that a good sign????????? Judging by the lack of buying and reluctance to support the bid by business associates I tend to think this is not a good sign!
Folks APII?WAFR is in the business to sell shares, there is not now nor will there ever be any other objective of those in chrage,,,,,,simply review their history to understand this.
Denial, rejection of the facts, ignoring facts, will be a very costly mistake with APII/WAFR. Dog, wondering about watermelon pickles

Probably?? People should invest in WAFR based on "probably?"

1) Preferred shares generally convert at 1:2 or 1:3, do they not? 190,000,000 shares (i.e., just the "new" "Free Trading Shares" this year, nevermind the whole 735M!!) would require a conversion ratio of 1:1086 to convert the 175,000 preferred shares on the same filing!

2) I could be wrong, but aren't the AGS shares to be issued from the OS, not from some mysterious lot named "Free Trading Shares?"
