First let me say that I'm lactose intolerant and have no issues with P3.
Yes I drink P3 on a regular basis after riding my exercise bike. I ride more now than ever. It seems I don't get fatigued like I used too and can do the exercise twice a day. A big thing for me....is that the product satisfies my hunger. I eat a bunch and what would happen in the past....as my exercising increased....I would have huge hunger bouts in which I would eat like a pig. I don't do that as much now.
