Unless there was a misprint, I didnt see tiny Imaging Diagnostics on the list of players.

btw, have you googled IMDS's physical address?

Can you locate it?

If you cant, I can fly there next week and take a photograph of the building IMDS is renting. I can even put up a tiny sign with your name on it so you know its current.

Again, why is it you and others REFRAIN from discussing the dilution within the 10-Q report? Why is that such a sore topic?

They are in markets, and regardless, they should still show in assets and intangible assets. So, like I said; Big deal on the patents. They aren't worth much. The company's total assets are under $700k. Patent value is recorded under assets.

For common sense reasoning; these guys have been around for years. If the patents, technology, and potential was that great, they would have better financing terms and/or private investors lined up out the door. They wouldn't be using toxic finance companies with converts at 50% of low bid.
