I wonder if the financing that they have secured has come from VPER. I'll bet this merger is an already done deal. Bet we're just waiting on the financials to be completed so they can finalize the deal. Awesome find, sir...

Great find Scooter. They say the private financing is in place, so we should hear shortly that the merger is complete. With the financials from abroad now being completed, the mergers being completed, we should see vper find more reasonable valuations. Multiple pennies if not dimes to come.
