1st if you have not suffered a loss you can not sue. 2nd hes the one that said he can no longer say anything on advise from his lawyer, yes his lawyer... I for one wont be waiting around for anyone to do anything for me because most of the time its hot air. I will do it on my own because i know it will get done, just like the books. they sent the letter and never did anything about it.
