Looking at that Reg D who ever said it was somekind of clean up they are rightFirst sale took place around 11 10 11 And the company must file within 20 days after the first sale. Really strange never saw this before since REG Ds came out around 1988. I agree ignore it hopefully the co. puts out a release!!

We'll what turns up about the Reg D. I think they just need the money to be honest. My feeling is that Stan is probably a really good M&A atty but stinks as a CEO. Hang in there, we've got good news coming with our other O&G stock. That'll keep us busy until AERN gets on track.
