If you are confined to 1 post per day then that means you have violated TOS repeatedly. You can send a message to one of the administrators here at IHub and ask them to take you off the restriction.

No problem at Fidelity or ETrade or Schwab with CAGR, so I don't now what is going on with Ameritrade...maybe they just can't find any shares for you to buy. :)
