The problem with this number is that no one runs a coffee kiosk (or any other sort of food/beverage kiosk) on $350 per day. A street corner push cart vendor, yes; but not a kiosk. On top of that, BH claims that the company has high profit rates at these levels.
He pulled those numbers out of a hat or somewhere else, but they are not real. They are clearly numbers that he thought up and concluded that he would find investors who would believe them. They have nothing to do with reality.
