So I have question then for you. You show one done in 2010 and one so called release in 2011, which one IF ANY are the controlling docs? You cant have both so only one, AGAIN IF THESE ARE THE ONLY TWO can be controlling.

If doc 1 from 2010 is why does the 2011 one exist? If it is the 2011 doc which obviously came after, usually means that it is the controlling doc, what happened to the FULL AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATION AND THE MUTUAL PROMISES AND CONSIDERATIONS??
