Just thought I'd answer the question...you can certainly make money without being actually IN the stock.
People can hang around enough, gathering enough reliable information to be able to judge their entries better...if they decide to enter at all. I'm actually down a little, but it's nothing significant...and it would have been much worse had I bought it back when I was first made aware of this stock back in the recent .20s and .30s.
But because of my DD, I eventually determined that .06 and below was an acceptable entry for me, especially since I feel that something will likely happen very soon...and that this PPS severely undervalues a company that, last I heard, was making $40 million a year.
