The only official SS that's changed is the A/S which was filed a month ago on SOS DE but UNQT didn't feel like it was necessary to update it's shareholders.
Right now with the reported O/S being 2.5 billion and A/S being 7 billion ~ that is scary!! Leaves all kinds of room for major dilution.
All the other yip yap about acquisitions makes no sense at all. IMO, looks more like a game of hide and seek. Cash, assets, company names, officers, doggy shampoo, shaving cream ~ gheeeeez
