Broad street just told me emxc has been removed from their clearing firm's chill list.

I thought they were removed from the Chill after 10 days. But now only trade on Grey Sheets as no MM wants to take them on.

Still not FINRA approved! Still Caveat Emptor on Pink Sheets. Still the Liar Roxanna Weber is in charge.
