#268 RE: McFly1 #267

My pov is that this is a spec play. A very volatile one. With the share structure the way it is, with management owning 40% of the common stock north of .60 and others owning the majority of the rest, the float is extremely low. There aren't many shares out there. This will shoot up very quickly if there is any positive development. It has shown that it will on numerous occasions.

The key to these plays is getting in when nobody else is interested and holding until they get very interested.

They have the products. They have the technology. They have the satisfied clients. They have the praise of the FDA, the CSRC, the HRS, etc. They almost have the patents. What they have none of, is money to do anything with their products or technology. All of their money is going towards getting their other patents approved. All other business operations have ceased. The company will remain in a communication freeze and on the Pinks until they land some sort of strategic financing/partnership/buyout.

If you want to own shares, you need to have patience. Consider your money locked up if you invest in this. A deal could come in days, weeks, months, years. One day you will wake up and see news.
