I think you're missing the point. It's not exactly truthful to say nothing has changed. When I came into this stock the amount of unrestricted was 543M. The question that will be on any rational, intelligent, new investor is how much more will this amount grow. If 12M is it, fine. But it seems as the SS is investigated things seem to change. It was fairly late in the game that I emailed JR about the CD that were converted to common shares for the 6 entity debtors. JR was somewhat vague about how many of those shares had been sold. He said "most" were sold. Most could mean anything over 50%. I just want to find out for sure where the SS stands and what may be out there that will come due soon. These surprises could have a very significant effect on the stock and its growth (not just ST, but long term as well). What good are revenues if no one believes they are real? Remember, the current financials have not been audited. The more forthright we are at this point, the more credibility we as a board will have on new investors.

Preferred shares are not necessarily restricted shares
