I think the company has been forthright as can be expected about the share structure. The one possibility we may have with KMAG is a huge pile of preferred shares converted last year and are still being put out on the market, along with big trading groups, daytraders, MM's: all in the mix, not many longs, so it will take time for investors to get those shares in their hands. KMAG will have it's day soon, I never seen that good of an annual with a great quarterly to back it up.
