It won't matter. The Supreme Court will make sure it doesn't happen by finding the individual mandate in Obamacare, or the entire Obamacare unconstitutional. They will have a ruling by the end of the month. if Romney gets elected it won't matter anyway, because the repeal of Obamacare will be first on his list.
