That is very likely, seeing how pps has been worked down leading into the 4Q. Looking at the channel pattern, if it does get an early breakout, I think it will remain under $1.03 as IHs may not want to risk a retail runaway. IH still have time to run out time within the pinching pattern:

Now that the pps has touched the bottom of the 3 year Channel pattern. IHs have had their way and may let retail start getting a little traction after the IHS have comopletely recyled the pps. Depends on how the IH are betting the 4Q will go.
