Sounds Like code word for no mining period. As soon as I saw .org behind her stuff I knew she was trouble. God I'm so sick of these “do good ers” . They have no objective fact based science. Just slanted mumboo jumbo to stop anything that uses gasoline or man made chemicals. I guess people won't have a job or money to eat but they sure can enjoy the view....
