this one hasnt even happen yet and it was in the final stages so i wouldnt try your idea every stock is different and you have to do your DD on each one and even then cross your fingers especially in the subbers

Actually, that is a good thing to do. Make sure the ss's are optimal, that the company employees check out, and try to buy them cheap.
