Dr. Stephanie Barbosa strategy is by "Withdrawn Abandonment, awaiting examiner action" for 10/409,992 is to shorten the USPTO time for Patent Application 12/640,344, which is a continuation, to receive Patent Grant status. Essentially the 2-bead technology was searched globally back in 2004 via 10/409,992 for any conflicts with any and all published Patent Applications and Patent Grants. Essentially none were found at that time. Therefore the USPTO should now draw on that search findings and quickly upgrade 12/640,344 to Patent Grant status. IMO Patent Grant will be awarded for 12/640,344 in 1 to 3 months.
