Gourmet - I agree with you. This is the very reason I own this stock. Real things happening at the company. Will be very interesting to see what happens with Costco starting tomorrow when the 13 mm emails begin.
Their management team must be on top of things in order to have their books in the black.
a) CEO resigned June 1st replaced (temporarily?) by president Ronnie. So not sure if mgt team is on top of anything at the moment
b) No one knows if their books are in the black apart from PR's we have no idea if they have sold any what their revenues are or what their annual overhead is.
As you point out having recurring revenue (esp from the pendent) is very important and makes it highly likely that they are near CFP but let us wait and see some numbers.
IMHO had they published accounts showing this detail the price might already be 0.02 and we would be talking about going to 0.05 on COSTCO news.
