An update from EVDR's IR sent on June 5th, in part said:

"From DR Robot Incoming CEO ... Today was the first day of our Vi-Guard robot which is going to production by this summer. He is going for a walk in Manhattan on Monday or the Announcement day of the merger."

In an IR early alert, they stated.. On Monday the day of the merger announcement they would have the robot on the streets of Manhatten. They prefaced it somewhat by saying something to the effect, or whenever the merger day is. Seems to me they were pointing to Monday.
