Dude - This "FBIGameOver" is a scam, probably connected to Henning and look for your identity so that they can sue you for what you post, claiming it hurt their business.
Never email your personal info to a email address. IF there really was a suit, why did he just not post the law firm and ask all interested to contact the firm? Why make an obscure email address the clearing house for your info? Good Luck.
