Speaking of not wanting to waste money uplisting.... can anyone find documentation of a cost to uplist to the OTCQB? I've been looking this morning and I can't find anything mentioned. Seems like the only difference may be SEC filing.

OTCQX is a different story ($5k app fee & $15k annual, along with min PPS of $0.10, etc.)
