KTCC could be a buying opportunity at $9 .... that was the case in early April when it hit the mid $8's and then rallied to $13+ in just 4 weeks ! Of course there's the risk that this time the stock is heading for $7 or lower due to leaks about declining backlog. Who knows ???

The early April low was $8.69, so it may be a double bottom at around this level ..... but maybe not ! It will be interesting to see what happens from here .... it sure is acting like a dog !
