SSkillz1, TA..With TA's history of volatility, thats probably going to be a great sale for a lower rebuy in the near future. Its moved up 25% off its low of just a couple of days ago.
The news they put out today was excellent as well.
They've entered into a memorandum of understanding with Shell Oil that "contemplates that Shell will construct and TA will operate at least 200 natural gas fueling lanes on at least 100 TA locations".
I think a lot of investors were concerned about Natural Gas' impact on TA's Diesel Truck Stops...at least as a future event, and how would TA be able to add natural gas for trucks without raising tons of cash.
This seems like the perfect solution for TA. TA has to train staff, but for the most part, looks like the costs are being carried by Shell, with TA supplying the venues that they already have.
On the face...looks like a no brainer for TA, and a great partnership.
