I would be very surprised if he hands his company over to anybody. He will probably continue being the decision maker and overall leader. However I do know there is quite the team that he feels will really benefit the company in place. Hang in their brother. Maybe it is time you take a short break from the board and enjoy your Thursday. It sure helped me last week. I was frustrated too! I truly understand. I promise things are about to turn around.
