I agree 100%. Facts for yesterday: huge volume (buying)
pps did not make it past .0007
Over 50mil shares sold at .0007
Company has 2 bil shares to "play with"
VERT is known as a dilutive MM

Opinion:
The CEO is a smart and savvy business owner. He saw the interest start on Tues. afternoon. He reads the boards here as many penny CEO's do and saw a free pump being started by many boards. Made .0007 his magic number and started selling. I watched as VERT sat on the ask with 100k shares available but didn't budge. There were two 5 mil buys and a 3 mil buy at .0007 when he was the only MM there. Not to mention the other buys. I'm not saying the dreaded "D" word but this is what I saw with my own 2 eyes. I hope this thing moves but I will be waiting for new SS numbers before getting in. Again this is my own opinion!
