I agree there are plenty of examples where CEO's fail in their fiduciary duty by not looking out for the interests of shareholders. Come up with a solution for those cases and I am with you.

But your solution to that is to do even more stuff that isn't in the shareholders interest.

The fact remains is they are fiduciarys whose responsibility is to act in the interests of their shareholders and you are actively advocating that they act against the interests of their shareholders. That is unless you feel donations are in the shareholders best interest which is a separate argument.

Calling for them to be shot is ridiculous and starts to really straddle the line between investing issues and politics.
