That's just it. The board doesn't know except what they hear from someone who talked to Mitch. Seriously, what's Mitch going to say, "Sorry this just isn't going to work out like I had thought so we're on to something else now" I don't think so. I've talked to Mitch and wouldn't waste my time doing it again. I would also love to get out of this but it's hard to do when you own more shares then what are traded on a daily basis.
Proper DD does not mean calling the only person of the company that can't tell you anything more than whats public. He has told several people here things and even showed a couple here. Both showings resulted in the cone machine being down for cleaning, a facility under construction, and investors who saw so much they are buying more shares telling us how great it all was and how its a wonderful company, but just can't say why.
And MItch has been silent also even though the Boardwalk was going to be the "BIG HIT" - many contracts, etc. etc.
agreed bud there are only a few here that understand the process. i have been here for over a year no crying from me! it's just a waiting game and something great is about to happen. if everyone knew it was not going to happen they would have left a long time ago including me!
