Kat Gold Holdings total monetary value of all shares associated with the entity which is calculated as Par Share Count x Par Share Value...

....$ 505,000.00 ....

btw...That's total value of the tradable shares...

....Share price times the number of shares outstanding...

....It can be used as a public opinion for the company's net worth and is a determining factor in the stock valuation.

It appears the stock is currently overvalued and expected to drop.

...Hence the reason for recent volatility.

Do any exploration companies make money?

NO!

That is the very nature of all 'Explorers'

Kat Gold now has the Ekom Eya

'A GOLD MINE'

a previously NYSE listed property 'gold mine' under Ahanti Goldfields

The data is real and will be trusted imo

Kat Gold will be a mining company and imo producing a profit in the near future

and

imo seven million needed to mine half a billion is not a bad investment

Hi KADIN , are you saying that Ken commingled funds and property's between the two companies and the monies to buy the second company came from the first and when assets were put in the second company were converted or pledge or used to bolster second company financial statement?
