Can Bart pop up somewhere else, without first being cleared by the SEC? Extremely doubtful he could offer new stock in a new company without first being cleared by the SEC. If LLEG were to liquidate tomorrow, would "all" of Bart's SEC problems go away? Seems it would probably take more time, and the SEC would take its time to address it.

I do agree that if given a chance, Bart is likely to be back. Maybe in a role not quite as visible. In order to expunge his recent track record, it's highly likely he'll be into something other than renewable energy. But the basic game of "project management" will be the same. Buying swamp land to grow willow farms on? ;)
