Will the 'fixed' annual be sufficient to remove the stop sign (I don't see how it could be if it didn't do the trick this morning) or is more required?

Jwez, As an initial step, I concur. I am hoping for more action, but the immature and un-businesslike "annual report" just floors me. I cannot get over anyone would accept this as anything resembling a business worthy report. I must say, I feel a bit of contempt for the shareholders with this nonsense. I am sorry that my comments probably disappoint you, but SP is just not ceo-grade material. I know he loves his creation, but getting that creation to market requires more than blind obedience. It requires capability on the part of the officers of the company. JMHO. R3
