On June 6, 2012 because of continuing complaints by Mr. Casciati the
problem apparently again came up and El Faro was suppose to be trying to give
him some space on his demands.
Armando Casciati when the documents were first prepared owned 22%
of the company, was considered a Director and had over 15 million shares.
A Multi million dollar Casino was built on land owned by Armando Casciati.
Take one guess who legally owns the Casino? If CGAQ was to go bankrupt
the creditors could not touch the casino. If CGAQ shareholders were to sue
and win in court for the fraudulent sales of stocks the casino will remain
untouchable.
On top of this Mr. Casciati gets over $100,000.00 every year for having the
Casino sit in his land. Now that's a pretty good deal if you ask me.
Where is the data on new Casinos that were built and is been paid for by
monies obtained by CGAQ ? A Casino in Santo Domigo, D.R., a Casino in
San Francisco, D.R. and what ever happened to the 13 acre beach resort
been purchased for 25 million dollars?
