I started this thread based on a number of issues that dont seem to have been cleared up.

a) the shear logistics of handling waste plastic in the volume required for 3 processors at double rate 9once SWL signed off) at Niagara falls. There is no evidence they have managed to run the current two processors at more than 4 days a week.

b) Having to get plastic to Canada to be shredded then back into USA to process and ship fuel to Canada to sell to XTR must cause a logistical nightmare and I am sure overheads that are not part of the $10 cost per barrel.

c) New CEO must want to get RKT deal rolling. What better than to say #3 goes to RKT and we start learning how they can handle the vast amount of plastic we need.

I am eagerly awaiting the first communication from the new CEO as it will be interesting to see how much of the JBII company and strategy is kept intact.

So you agree? The processor that is operating is poised to go to RockTenn?

This was the entire sentence I was quoting:

SAIC was present at the Company’s Plastic2Oil facility in Niagara Falls, NY over a 3-day period, April 25-27, 2012. The role of SAIC was to review the principal aspects of the Company’s P2O process, including the basic engineering design, results from testing and operations at the Niagara Falls facility, and the commercial P2O processor, which is poised for roll-out at the first RockTenn site.

Now that you have pointed out that other sentence, looks like the whole PR was the normal JBI speak.
