I was taking a quick look at this one and saw the ask change .. no idea why with no trades ...

The MM CSTI seems to be playing around to try to get shares, he has a 2M bid in at .0012 and i saw a 6M bid at .0011. He put 14.5M at .002 maybe to try and scare some shares free. Its hard to say
