The 8-K is for material events and the only time requirement is within 4 days of any such event.

The important quarterly and/or yearly financials haven't been filed for about 5 years and the last 8-k was back in Oct 2011. This company has a STOP sign warning and is not a valid company in either of the states it should be and has basically gone dark with no "events".

There is no drilling taking place, no transparency with the company, or anything else except a few trades going off every now and then.

Perhaps the 8K will be filed shortly to give us an update of their progress with the well at Sanger Heirs Site #1.
