First what they see is a heavy bear market on SIAF stock when the general markets had heavy bullmarket. Dividend yield is nice, yes. But who will believe it? How can you pay dividend if you have to dilute at such furious pace. That doesnt make any sense on first glance. Thats the problem with dividend nr1.
