The laws surrounding BK was changed during the George Bush jr. term. It is not as easy to file BK as it once was. In my opinion, Atrinsic is profitable otherwise they would have shown their financials a long time ago. I also agree with Smoke_em. I stated awhile back that whatever deal they were working on my gut told me that it would not have been good for us. I think either two things occured: 1) they decided not to risk it because of so many eyes watching and analyzing their every move including DPS attorney or 2) someone in the group grew a conscious along with a set of balls and stood up for what was right. Either way if they restructure and unleash Atrinsic and let her soar then it will be many days of drinking lemonade:))
