Good points there. What I immediately thought when I read latest pr is why would they "wind down" support for agency, key revenue generators Baker, Morris, Rifkin supposedly gone and then announce restructuring? Cart before the horse unless what ever's left is being prepped for M/A? Thinking out loud.
