At some point you just have to shake your head and laugh. I'm not sure how it is possible to be of sound mind and feel like there's reason to celebrate the information included in the amended 10k. Especially since it's obvious the SEC has started to sniff around this shell company and Bean is starting to feel the heat. There is absolutely NO justification to have 2,500 square feet and there not be any employees. It's shady, it's embarassing and it's more obvious than ever before that anyone/anything associated with Tom Bean and the Lemon Street Gang are con artists. Just check out some of the other previous failed enterprises and another scam going on in real-time (RNDR).
Which makes me wonder: Did this board's infamous 'Tony' poster actually follow through with his threat and contact the SEC about shenanigans with the Lemon Street Gang? Soon after that post, he disappeared. Makes one wonder if it was he who tipped off the SEC.
And for the record, I've been by the Lemon Street facilities. It's down in the Westshore area of Tampa and hidden off the interstate. There's really not much to see. Just a few normal looking office buildings in a quiet area. Honestly, you wouldn't even know there was an entertainment studio.
