#71344 RE: GioMustang #71334

G-stang-I believe this smells of a great many things. It's clear that something is wrong in denmark. I truly would love for the science here to be utilized for the greater good. I just don't see what this management team is thinking. For folks here not to believe that they really aren't very good at putting their best foot forward, is just silly. A monkey with a note in it's mouth could see their lack of business savvy. Then again, they could be doing exactly what they want to do.

One example is:
On January 20, 2012, the Company issued 46,500,000 common shares for settlement of $46,500 of stockholder debt, for a loss on settlement of $2,613,300, assigned from the stockholder notes payable originating on March 2, March 29, April 2, June 30, and July 1, 2011 and owing at December 31, 2011. That's @ 0.001 per.

On the 20th this stock was worth .06+, so the stock was worth $2.8 million. A month later this stock had a run that lasted from 2/23 to 4/11 and never closed below .08 with huge volume.

Another way to benefit from owning CBIS stock is to render them services, for whatever. I've yet to have anyone here post what all those services were for?
