Company just made Multiple Massive Deals to fund Oil Operations, of course there is no Oil Yet, hence the $1.15 Million Dollars they just secured, hence the reason they are securing Funds, Hence the Reason stock is at .0002 now, Company is Up & Coming with Huge Updates Expected on Money any Day
Going concern is doubtful in every 10k or 10q that is traded in this exchange. I find it humorous how some people act like this is trading the dollar range. It is trading a two thousandths of a penny. The fact that this company files with the SEC and has operations alone puts it way under valued.
The stock can only go up from here. Bashers are coming out in full force. Not sure why you are so worried about other people investing with their money in this company, unless of course you have an agenda.
